Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible cancellation structure for your convenience:

  • 48 Hours or More Before Departure
    You are eligible for a 100% refund with no cancellation charges.
  • 24 to 48 Hours Before Departure
    A 25% cancellation fee will be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure
    Unfortunately, no refund will be provided due to last-minute arrangements and operational commitments.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking
  • Eligible refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation
  • The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

How to Cancel a Booking

  • To cancel your booking, please contact our support team with your booking details:

    • Provide your name, travel date, and booking reference
    • Inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled journey
    • Our team will assist you with the cancellation and refund process

Booking Modifications

If you wish to:

  • Change travel date
  • Modify pickup/drop location
  • Adjust number of passengers

Please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only applicable on confirmed bookings
  • Any no-show (failure to appear) will be treated as a last-minute cancellation (no refund)
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), Ambica Travels reserves the right to evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis
